You deserve much better than that clearly. You got to keep going hun, I know it’s the hardest thing in the world. Trust me, I KNOW. You’re right there is so much emotional pain you don’t know what to do. I was looking at pictures of me when I was wasting away after the breakup, I looked ten years older and like a underfed hobo. 

You will be happy in the end though, someone will come along and sweep you off your feet. We’re young we have lot’s of time. I am so sorry that this jerk face treated you like this though :( I would beat him up for you lol!
